30-Day Easy Returns
If your little fairy is not 100% in love with her dress, we will make it right. You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn items with tags attached.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags must be attached
- Wings and headbands must be in original packaging
- Original receipt or order confirmation required
How to Return
- Contact us at support@yourstore.com with your order number
- We will email you a prepaid return shipping label
- Pack items securely in original packaging
- Drop off at any USPS location
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. Refund goes back to the original payment method. Return shipping is free for exchanges and store credit. For refunds to original payment, .99 will be deducted for the return label.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Free exchanges! Contact us and we will ship the replacement within 2 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
